Qualification & Education
Michaela is a Coru Registered Dietitian and INDI member with an MSc in Dietetics from Ulster University. She has experience as a dietitian online as well as in community and hospital settings.
Experience
Before becoming a dietitian, Michaela worked as a nutrition consultant, health science teacher, and curriculum developer. She has a passion for busting nutrition myths and making nutrition information and research easy for anyone to understand and put into practice.
As a dietitian, Michaela worked in community and hospital settings in Northern Ireland before transitioning to the innovative world of digital health.
Michaela empowers clients to meet the long-term health and nutrition goals that matter to them by helping them make sustainable and impactful changes to their nutrition and lifestyle. Michaela's approach is no-nonsense, science-based advice and realistic goal setting.
Michaela has a wealth of experience helping clients with a range of nutritional goals like weight management and gut health - all while maintaining a healthy relationship with food!
Interests
In her free time, Michaela likes to experiment with new plant-based recipes. She is constantly planning trips overseas and has worked across Ireland, the UK, the USA, and the UAE.
