During your initial assessment we will carry out:

  • A complete nutritional assessment
  • Diet history
  • Body composition analysis including; weight, BMI, waist circumference, body fat %, lean body mass, waist to hip measurement and more.

Together with your Dietitian you can decide on a realistic goal for you.

You will receive a starter meal plan tailored for your calorie and nutritional requirements.
