Quick & Healthy Halloween Snacks For Kids

Halloween treats don’t just have to consist of chocolate and sweets - we have some super quick and super fun healthy and spooky snack recipes for you to try out this Halloween. Check them out below!

1. Spooky Pumpkins

  • Add a celery stick to the centre of a satsuma to create a mini spooky pumpkin!

2. Banana Ghosts

  • Cut a banana in half and add 2 eyes and a nose to each piece, along with a drizzle of melted chocolate.

3. Sweet potato pumpkin faces 

  • Slice your sweet potatoes into circles.

  • Cut a face shape into each sweet potato circle.

  • Place on a baking tray and coat with a brush of olive oil. 

  • Bake in the oven until golden.

4. Apple monsters 

  • Cut a green apple in a wedge and then cut out a section inside for the mouth. 

  • Fill the mouth with peanut butter. 

  • Add a strawberry slice for the tongue and add a raisin to a small dollop of creamed cheese for the eyes, or a marshmallow with a dollop of melted chocolate. 

5. Fruit Skewers

  • Simply slice and add your chosen fruit to a wooden skewer!
