Unsure if you need help with choosing the right foods before and after workouts, or balancing macro nutrients based on your goal? No problem. We recommend that you book in for a 45-minute initial consultation with one of our fully qualified Dietitians. From there we will look at the areas you can improve upon.
One appointment might be enough for you, or you might decide to embark on a more detailed sports nutrition programme with further advice and support along the way.
Our initial consultation aims to provide measurable data to help you and your Dietitian to set realistic and attainable goals. This includes:
- Body composition
- Waist circumference
- Body fat percentage
- Muscle mass
- Bone mass
- Metabolic age
- Body water percentage
- Visceral fat rating
- Diet history and nutritional analysis
- Setting goals for caloric and macro-nutrient intake
We'll also provide you with recommendations tailored for your own goals and give you a starter plan to get you going

This programme includes a meal plan for your week, with easy and quick recipes, handy tips and educational resources, as well as a body analysis.
We also can provide online consultations no matter where you are based.
