Neasa Forde, Dietitian
Qualification & Education
Neasa is an Irish Dietitian registered with CORU and is a member of the INDI (Irish Nutrition & Dietetic Institute). She has a BSc in Human Nutrition from UCD and went on to graduate with a first class MSc in Dietetics from Ulster University Coleraine.
Neasa began her career working for one of the leading food companies in Ireland which has provided her with a unique insight into people’s relationship with food and food purchasing.
She has since worked in both the community and acute setting helping groups and individuals with chronic and short term nutrition related issues. Neasa currently works in a large Dublin Hospital as well as in Private Practice for Spectrum Nutrition.
Neasa’s specialities include Respiratory diseases, Coeliac disease, Diabetes, Weight Loss, Heart Disease, Diverticular Disease, Chronic Kidney Disease, Nutrition in Cancer and Nutrition Support in the Elderly.
Neasa has a keen interest in Nutrition research which actively carries out and keeps up to date with, ensuring that she provides the most expert and relevant information and advice.
Neasa believes that everybody’s Nutrition journey is individual and different and she gets great satisfaction and fulfilment out of supporting and guiding each person on their own journey, whatever their needs are.
Neasa thoroughly enjoys having the opportunity to work with different people and groups every day and gets great satisfaction out of helping them to improve their health and achieve their personal health goals.
Neasa is a big believer in getting the most out of life...and food! She enjoys keeping active, competing in adventure races and tackling mountains!
